Everything was great, clean hotel, nice location in the middle of jackson. The room was outstanding and comfy with a nice view, I had a good rest.

Had a great Christmas stay at this charming little place. Loved the large corner room and how extremely clean it was. Wifi downstairs was great, and the Italian restaurant was amazing. It's situated on a relatively busy road, but our room was super quiet. The staff was military-friendly, and the breakfast was very good. We especially liked the cold cut meats, cheeses, and eggs to order. A beautiful path is just a few blocks behind the hotel, and the bathroom is very nice and modern.

When we checked in, the front desk wasn't sure about a few questions we had, and the wifi in the rooms was spotty. The bed was comfortable but very squeaky on one side.

We had a fantastic New Year's experience here. the hotel provided us with two complementary glasses of champagne at midnight, a small but thoughtful touch. the location was perfect, close to a variety of restaurants and with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi, which was spotty in our room. it was strong in the lobby, so we were able to connect when needed.

The hotel was a great value for the price. The staff was very attentive and we appreciated the attention to detail. Our room had a wonderful view which made for a very relaxing stay. We also loved the delicious breakfast, especially the freshly cooked eggs to order.

All in all, our stay was great and we had no complaints.
